Can I use a compact florescent light bulb in my opener?
You may use florescent or "energy saver" light bulbs. Be aware that certain compact florescent light bulbs may transmit radio frequency interference. Test the range of your remote before and after installing this type of bulb. If you notice a decreased range with your remote or your remotes only work once the light turns off, you will need to replace the bulbs with the standard size A19 bulbs.
